Originally released on 19 March 1990, Violator is the seventh studio album by Depeche Mode. It features the singles Personal Jesus, Enjoy The Silence, Policy Of Truth, and World In My Eyes. The album was recorded and mixed at The Church Studios and Master Rock Studios in London, Logic Studios in Milan, PUK Studios in Denmark, and Axis Studios in New York City. Over the years, Violator has been remastered and reissued several times.
