Recorded at Blackwing Studios in London and originally released on 31 January 1983, Get the Balance Right! is the seventh single by Depeche Mode (and their third in the US). It was the first release with Alan Wilder as an official member of the band and his first studio contribution. Additionally, Get the Balance Right! is the second single not to appear on a studio album and the first to feature a limited edition 12-inch.
