Running from 1998 to 2007, Tribe Generation was an Italian monthly music magazine accompanied by covermount CDs. Its very first issue came with The Remixes 86>98 EP, distributed to promote the Depeche Mode compilation album The Singles 86>98. The disc features three tracks from the UK CD promo The Remixes 86>98, as well as audio and video snippets of singles from the studio album Ultra.
